We are looking for new Chefs our Kypseli Tavernas

Kypseli means Hive in Greek. A taverna is a community space where friends and family gather to eat and enjoy one another’s company, as well as being a local food shop. Kypseli will offer vibrant indoor and outdoor dining areas, serving delicious freshly-prepared food and will also be a speciality food shop retailing some of the very best produce from across Kent, Sussex and the Greek islands.

Sous Chef: £24,960

Are you passionate about preparing and presenting fabulous tasty food? Do you have experience of supporting chefs in a busy kitchen with an appetite to learn more about different flavours and dishes?  We are looking for confident and capable Sous Chef that have great energy and are keen to make a valuable contribution to the smooth running of our chef’s team. You will be preparing and cooking food, as well as playing an important part in ensuring that every meal that is heading to a table is of good quality and tastes and looks its best.

Career progression: Scope to be promoted to head chef at Cranbrook or Tunbridge Wells.
