Philip is a warm and engaging coach who has a very natural conversational style that allows the client to enter into a powerful dialogue in which all sorts of change can happen. Philip uses his business experience and coaching skills to provide an all round supportive relationship and service to his clients.

He is highly skilled in helping MDs/senior leaders, their teams and managers to develop their personal/business strategy. He aims to help clarify their vision and develop a plan to effectively communicate/influence it internally (especially upwards) and externally – ultimately, developing a deeper quality of connection and influence throughout the organisation and in their own areas of responsibility.

Philip is a Professional Credentialed Coach under the International Coaching Federation (ICF) and Coach Supervision, he works across cultures and sectors. He started his career with HSBC in London, Paris (developing a fluency in French) and Singapore. He then followed a career in Commercial Property Services, integrating technology and people to enhance performance and provide practical solutions. He has experience of working in most sectors, enjoys variety and collaboration and seeing clients thrive. He is an accredited user of Click 360, Hogan, IWAM Management Motivation, using Myers Briggs MBTI and other tools where appropriate.

Philip lives in Cranbrook and supports a wide range of clients in the Weald all at different stages of development.
