Ian’s background in tourism and entertaining the crowds led hi to found Lonestar Comedy in 2008. Lonestar now operates in 15 venues and runs over 100 gigs a year.

Graduate Recruit at Saga Holidays – ended up as UK contracts manager – 5 years
Portsmouth Tourism – Travel Trade Manager – 2 years
Holiday Extras – Contracts Manager rising to Commercial Director – part of the management buyout in 2005. Retired 2008 but retained as a consultant to the present day.
Lonestar Comedy – started with one club in 2008 – now operate in 15 venues running @100 gigs per annum.
